One on one coaching

The more I work with clients the more I start to see what my purpose is. I’m not here to tell you what to do and how to do it, I’m here to guide and support you in figuring it on your own. I don’t want my clients to feel they can’t continue making waves without me. Deep down you know what’s best for you and you’re exactly where you need to be, you just need a little help peeling back the layers of conditioning that made you believe you aren’t enough. You don’t need fixing, you’re not broken, you’re just seeking a bit of guidance (like the rest of us).

The better you know who you are, the more equipped you are to deal with the shit that comes at you. When you understand who you are – your values, your boundaries, what gives you energy, what drains it, what you truly desire, what makes you angry – you are unshakeable, baby!! Through this 6-week course we dive into limiting beliefs, self-acceptance, values, purpose, and creating an identity that helps us, not hinders us.

What’s involved:

–       Workbook (priced at $39 individually).
–       Post session feedback.

–       Self-Discovery Screen - a survey done prior to our sessions so I can create the sessions to suit the individual.

Is this right for me?

I’m not for everyone and everyone is not for me! Register for a free 15-minute consultation to get to know a bit more about me, the program, and whether we’re the right fit.

I had the opportunity to work one on one with Courtney through the program and I am so grateful for that. The conversations we had during this time were filled with knowledge and wisdom as we both shared past experiences and things we have learnt. I left feeling more and more enlightened, validated and encouraged about myself every time, and it flowed into my conversations and my life beyond just those meetings and time spent in the workbook. I lost count of the number of times I thought to myself “I wish every person I know, every girl in high school, actually just every person had the opportunity to work through this program”, I would recommend it to anyone.

I’ve changed since working through the program, but not because she told me who to be or pushed me into a mould. The program didn’t make me into someone new, it just allowed me to stop burying and ignoring myself, as it stripped away other people’s ideas and opinions and my own insecurities, to set me free to explore what I really think and feel.

I am different though. I laugh more, I fear less, I hunger to learn and to know more, and I found passion I didn’t know I was lacking. I am more compassionate and empathetic towards myself and others, and I can take a step back and reflect on things subjectively. I allow myself to feel all the emotions but I don’t let any take the driver’s seat. I feel more content, more confident, and more capable of coping and growing with the tough stuff life inevitably throws at us. Best of all, I have the absolute knowledge that I am worthy of all the love, happiness and joy that will also inevitably come my way through the ups and downs of life.
